FullMetalScan is a vulnerability scanning service that helps identify potential security vulnerabilities in domains and IP addresses by checking against known CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) databases. The Service includes automated scanning tools, vulnerability reports, and related features as described on our website.
CRITICAL: You must only scan targets (domains, IP addresses, servers) that you own or have explicit written authorization to scan. Unauthorized scanning is illegal in most jurisdictions.

You are solely responsible for ensuring proper authorization. FullMetalScan is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from unauthorized use of the Service.
Before scanning any target, you must complete our verification process to prove ownership or authorization. Verification methods include:
Attempting to bypass verification, falsify ownership, or use the Service to scan unauthorized targets constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

We use passwordless authentication via magic links. You are responsible for securing access to the email account associated with your FullMetalScan account.
Free Plan: Limited features including 3 total scans. No payment required.
Pro Plan: $5/month for unlimited scans and additional features. Payment is processed securely through PayPal.
Fast Scan: One-time $1 payment for a single scan without subscription.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew until cancelled. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
Fast Scan purchases are non-refundable once the scan has been initiated.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, all your data including scan targets, scan results, and personal information will be permanently removed.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FullMetalScan and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FULLMETALSCAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
This includes but is not limited to damages resulting from:
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FullMetalScan and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of any third party, or your unauthorized scanning of any target.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FullMetalScan operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
